Viking Yachts 64 Convertible WEHR NUTS Sold By UYS Broker Greg Graham

United Yacht Sales broker Greg Graham has just sold and closed on WEHR NUTS, a 64' Viking Yachts Convertible. UYS would like to congratulate everyone involved in the sale, including Raymond Young from RJC Yacht Sales who represented the selling party. WEHR NUTS was located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and had an asking price of $1,699,000 at the time of sale. Greg has been having an excellent 2020 with several recent notable sales including ANTITHESIS, a 136' Horizon, and LOUD ENUFF, a Mark Willis 76. The new owners will be fishing the Bahamas in the Spring and making trips to the Canyons in the Northeast come Summer.

Only WEHR NUTS has had a few updates since the boat was first splashed back in 2007 including new teak covering boards and a cockpit camera installed. It also features Viking's signature mezzanine seating so all of the guests can enjoy the action while in complete comfort. Other notable features include a Release Marine offset pedestal chair, BBQ grill in starboard side locker, transom door with gate for pulling in those big catches, refrigerator drink box in the cockpit step, and so much more.

The flybridge on the Viking 64C WEHR NUTS offers easy-to-reach controls, comfortable Release helm chairs, and additional seating for guests wanting to enjoy the ride. The 360-degree views assist the captain with finding fish and the EZ2CY 4-sided enclosure keeps inclement weather out. The teak helm pod station has single-lever controls and had a bow thruster incorporated in 2017. Also featured are a 6-rod rocket launcher, two teaser reels overhead, Rupp triple spreader outriggers, 2 A/C units on the bridge added in 2016, and much more.

The interior accommodations on board are exactly what you would expect in a high-end Sportfishing boat. The salon is open with lots of windows that bring in natural light. The cabinetry is bathed in teak and the floors are a custom Amtico cherry where carpet is not used. There is ample seating, a Samsung LED television with Sat receiver, and a Bose lifestyle home theater system. The galley is fully-equipped with everything you need to feed a hungry crew.

For overnight accommodations, this Viking 64 design features a master stateroom placed midship, a VIP queen cabin forward, a twin guest stateroom aft starboard, and a fourth guest cabin forward starboard. The master and VIP staterooms each have an en suite bathroom. The two guest staterooms share a bathroom, although the aft cabin does have a private access. The master suite is spacious and features a queen-sized, walk-around berth.

WEHR NUTS is powered with twin CAT C-32A 1,825HP engines with just over 2,770 hours on each engine. This Viking 64C with that power would cruise comfortably at 32 knots and will hit 39 knots at WOT. Other equipment on board includes updated after-coolers, Onan 21.5kW generators added in 2014, all engine room lights converted to LED, new VEEM props in 2018, and a Sea Recovery water-maker.
