Congratulations to the new owners of "LOUD ENUFF", a 2008 Willis Yachts 76' Custom Sportfish, which will now be called "ESME". It was called "BIG DOG" when originally built back in 2008. As one of the most well-respected custom sportfishing boat builders in the world, any Willis Marine on the market is going to be highly sought after. The asking price of LOUD ENUFF at the time of sale was $4,799,000 and it was located in the Venice, Florida yacht market. United Yacht broker Greg Graham represented the buyers while Galati Yachts broker Carmine Galati Jr. was the listing agent on the boat. The team on ESME just left the Florida Keys to fish the Massachusetts Tuna/Canyon season before heading back south for the winter.
"I want to thank the new owners of ESME, as well as Captain Chris Peters, for a professional and enjoyable transaction," said Greg Graham. "After an extensive amount of research on the Willis 76, they fell in love with the boat. They are thrilled to have this sexy and capable of a sportfish on the east coast. Thank you as well to both the closing support team at United and the team at Galati, everyone worked really well together to take care of the buyers and sellers." Greg is no stranger to selling sportfish with both a 2011 F&S Custom Boat and a 2018 Viking Yachts 48 closed in the last year.
History Of Willis Custom Boats:
Many sportfishing yacht builders begin the same way, a passion for fishing, boating, and competition. Mark Willis, the founder and President of Willis Yachts, grew up fishing in the Narragansett Bay area, but chose Stuart, Florida for the home of his factory. Mark began his boat building career in the 1980's and quickly established himself as a force in the marine industry with a reputation for innovative solutions. According to their website, Mark Willis was the first builder to install a retractable sonar with engine room access and was among the first to work with pneumatic actuated systems on power boats.
Every Willis Yacht is built with the traditional custom sportfish style look-and-feel, but the quality is glaringly at the pinnacle of the industry. Only the finest materials in these handcrafted fishing machines. Pre-owned Willis Yachts tend not to last long on the brokerage market as each one is considered to be a piece of art known for raising big fish.
Other Notable Features Of "LOUD ENUFF":
This Willis 76 was custom-built to the owner's specifications which included using twin MTU M93 2,400HP engines for elite performance. There were just over 3,200 hours on the engines at the time the boat was listed. At 76-feet and with a beam of nearly 20-feet, LOUD ENUFF has incredible cockpit space for tournaments and a spacious interior for comfortable cruising. Other features include:
- 4-stateroom/4 head layout
- Almost 20-foot beam
- Recent extensive audio/visual upgrades
- Two watermakers
- New Ice Chipper
- New Isinglass Flybridge Enclosure
