When Peter Schmidt founded UYS in 2002, he brought more than 40 years of marine industry experience to the table — and a conviction that the industry could be done better. Not louder. Not bigger for the sake of bigger. Better. Built on integrity, genuine client service, and the belief that doing the right thing is never the hard choice… it's the only choice.
