Our in-house Closing Department is staffed by five professional Closing Agents who focus on every detail of the closing process. They have literally closed thousands of transactions and are responsible for making sure every transaction that goes through United Yacht Sales is done properly and with no loose ends.

Prepare Buyers & Sellers Closing Statement
Prepare Bills of Sale
Work directly with your Marine Lender

After several years of being asked, United Yacht Sales is now pleased to offer our clients Coast Guard Documentation and Florida Title and Registration services, with more states to be added in the future. Of course, our clients are welcome to use any service they would like; this is just one more added convenience for our clients, a one-stop shop if you will.

United Yacht Sales and our brokers are also covered by an errors and omissions policy underwritten by Lloyds of London.
