Hargrave 101 Motor Yacht With Tender

This 101-foot motor yacht was originally designed by Hargrave Custom Yacht Design and launched in 2010, however it was re-fit in 2018 after being purchased. Captain Paul Hannum was the broker representing the buyers when this yacht was purchased from the previous owners and oversaw the entire re-fit of the vessel. "The current owners were considering 3 different Hargrave Yachts for sale that were on the market before deciding on this one," said Captain Paul. "Hargrave owners tend to be a loyal group that are very happy with their boats. The owners previously owned a 78' Hargrave and wanted to stay with the brand."

Paul went on to talk about the on-deck master stateroom that was so important to the clients, as well as the crew quarters placed forward. "The owners really appreciated the on-deck master stateroom because there are no stairs to deal with, the views are exceptional, and it's separated from the rest of the guest cabins. This offers a bit more privacy. It's unusual to find a yacht of this size with an on-deck master and it really adds more volume to the boat," Paul continued. "The forward crew quarters is also a nice benefit. Not only are the crew cabins larger, but they also have en suite heads and are closer to the galley to make serving guests more efficient."

With experienced yacht owners and a Captain on board knowledgeable about what it takes to run a successful charter business, over $200,000 was spent in upgrades during the Summer of 2021 such as replacing the teak decks, new HVAC chillers, a new Clear2Sea Enclosure for the flybridge, new water-maker, and several more aesthetical additions.

Other notable features on board include an expansive flybridge deck for entertaining, a flybridge jacuzzi and wetbar, and even stabilizers to keep the cruising comfortable.

The flybridge on CynderElla offers a plethora of opportunities for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying the sun on the ocean. Farthest aft on the upper deck is a space for the tender and a staircase to the main deck. There is room for sun loungers or exercise equipment adjacent to the flybridge jacuzzi. Portside is a L-shaped couch with dining table and chairs, all large enough to easily accommodate more than 10 guests comfortably. The wetbar with bar stools is starboard side. The flybridge helm station is located farthest forward and features complete controls with electronics suite.
