Riva 76 Perseo BEYOND Sold By United Yacht Sales

Located for sale in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Clint's customers were struck by the elegant, sexy lines of the 76 Perseo. Listed for $3,625,000 at the time of sale, this Riva 76 Perseo was only on the market for 2 and a half months before selling. "The vessel will continue to stay in South Florida for the time being," continued Clint. But the owners have plans to cruise the Bahamas and then up to the Hamptons next season." This was the only Riva 76 Perseo on the market and only 4 have sold in the last several years on the brokerage market. Those "expansive social areas" that Clint's customers fell in love with began at the bow with an incredibly well-designed lounge area. Farthest forward is a large 3-person sunpad that's perfect for enjoying the sunshine whether at anchor or on a slow cruise. Aft is a couch, also facing forward, that is large enough for 4-5 guests to sit and relax. Handrails are all around for safety. The Seakeeper gyro stabilization system allows for a stable and enjoyable experience.

The Riva 76 Perseo also has a large tender garage that easily allows the yacht tender to slide into the water. There is room for water toys, safety equipment, and general storage. The tender that came with BEYOND is from Aquascan. Teak steps on both sides of the garage lead from the swim platform to the aft deck cockpit area.

As one would expect, the aft deck area (below) on BEYOND is simply amazing. The aft deck takes advantage of the boat's almost 19-foot beam with multiple couches and movable furniture. A teak table allows for al fresco dining with a view. The glossy underside of the flybridge overhang adds to the ambiance, as does the surround sound speakers hooked into the salon stereo.

The flybridge helm station and control center is futuristically designed and equipped. Joystick control allows for each maneuvering with both bow and stern thrusters, taking the stress out of docking during a strong tide or wind. A large bimini top is easily deployed to completely shade the flybridge, providing your guests with an enjoyable experience with elevated views. Ample seating is found on the upper bridge along with a 3-person sunpad.

Upon entering through the cockpit doors, an array of colors, light, textures, and shapes. The focus in the salon of the 76 Perseo, however, are the windows which are picture-sized run the length of the interior. Ample seating is found throughout the salon, including a sofa starboard side that faces the electrically-controlled flat screen television which raises up out of a dedicated cabinet. Forward of the salon and dining space is the helm with twin seats, as well as the companionway access to the lower deck accommodations.

To maximize the main deck socializing areas, the galley (below) on the Riva 76 Perseo is placed down on the lower deck. Everything you need to prepare a meal for your guests is here include refrigeration, ceramic cook top, oven, dishwasher, storage, and more.

BEYOND has a 3-stateroom layout along with a crew quarters that can be used as an additional guest cabin. The master stateroom is spacious and has large windows port and starboard for an abundance of natural light. The double bed is center in the room with storage underneath. The en suite bathroom is luxurious and has plenty of storage as well for longer trips. The VIP suite also features a double bed and has an en suite bathroom. The third guest cabin shares the day head with guests. The crew cabin has its own companionway and private head as well.
