Sarah
48 ft' Cabo Rico Pearl Edition Anniversary Special 2000

$ 269,000

Cabo Rico, is not a name that most are familiar with.  But once you board this one, you'll never forget her.  Sarah, one of eight made, of the 45' series and this one is exceptional because it is Cabo Rico's flagship and it's the Anniversary Special build.  Possibly the only one. We can't find any others and this is not a mass production shipbuilder by any means.  This boat delivers traditional elegance by the legendary Bill Crealock. Luxuriously outfitted and lovingly maintained with in-mast furling, roller furled jibs and jennies, power winches, full electronics, washer/dryer, ice maker, trash compactor, and more than that of her lure, it's the beautiful build.  Her delicate stern overhang through her curving sheer, to her arching clipper bow, she is the essence of the fine yacht and the allure of the sea. She has been given an underbody design to reward you with safety, comfort, and speed, and she boasts an advanced attached rudder design. Construction techniques and yacht systems are all crafted to the very highest standards. "Sarah" is no doubt,  a one-of-a-kind beauty. If you have any desire to cruise, and are looking for a blue water cruiser, (if you want an upgrade from the Island Packet); this one should be on the top of your list!

Accommodations
The bow of the boat hosts a private master cabin enclave that gives you the feel of the great escape in a wonderful hand crafted cabin in the mountains or more unlikely but true; aboard an exquisite yacht that can carry you safely around the world.  You find yourself surrounded by more of the fine craftsmanship staying consistent with the entire vessel. A centerline queen berth that you can easily walk arond to make it or get in and out of it.  Conveniently an ensuite head and separate stall shower keeps you private from any guests until you decide.  Ample locker and shelf storage.  Hatch over head and port windows for sunlight and lots of fresh air. The aft guest cabin with second head / shower is to starboard off of the companionway and offers a sink outside of the head with easy access right as you arrive in the salon for a handy day head location.

In case you missed it...bonus items: Gyro with rate transducer, Washer dryer, watermaker, ice maker, air and heat, trash compactor, grounding plate, nice dinghy with OB, 3 anchors, like new canvas, and remarkably kept inside and out.   Eveything you might need for a very long haul is in there; just looking for someone adventurous.
