1980 46' Ricky Scarborough "Sea Angel"
FOR SALE- offered by Riggs Yacht Sales the famous 1980 46’ Ricky Scarborough “Sea Angel”. Built originally as ”Tarheel” commissioned by John Bayliss on 1980. She spent the first 11 years of her life as a charter boat out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. The boat was sold in 1991 and became “Chaser” in Hatteras, NC. In 2010, Bayliss purchased the boat back and began an extensive refit at his shop in Wanchese, NC before sending her to Costa Rica. The boat was completely gutted in 2010 and rebuilt from the stringers up. In 2023, under the current ownership, the boat received another refit including full Imron paint job, full CAT C-18 frame out rebuild, new Furuno Omni 8 Sonar, new faux teak, new Airmar 275w transducer, new Garmin electronics, and new Starlink all at Bayliss Boatworks (just to name a few). You will not find a more updated Ricky Scarborough boat with such a legendary history. Please contact central listing agent Ian Ballantyne for more details.
