One in three! That's how many boats listed on the weekly United Hot List program have either sold or are under contract since it began back on May 4th. Every yacht brokerage firm has what they called "featured listings", but are they really that special? United does it differently with the Hot List.
Each week, all 165+ United Yacht brokers submit the best priced, top value boats listed for sale. Once that list is submitted a team of United's CPYB (Certified Professional Yacht Brokers) all review each boat for its value, its price compared to other yachts for sale on the market, and its overall condition. The top 5 boats with the most votes are featured on that week's Hot List.
"People actively looking for a good deal on a boat for sale can have confidence in our Hot List boats," said Peter Schmidt, Founder of United Yacht. "We try hard to maintain the integrity of the list. We don't just throw up any old boat. We make sure it's a good deal. That's what has kept people coming back each week."
More than 3,000 people have been checking the Hot List each week as once its announced on the United Facebook page, Instagram Page, or through our weekly email newsletters. United is using the excitement combined with the strong seller's market to have a very strong summer. "May and June were our best months in terms of number of boat sales ever," continued Peter. "July is looking like we'll do another 100 closings so the momentum continues!"
