Despoina is an impressive chef and specializes in Greek cuisine. She creates menus based on the guests' preferences and on what is freshly available on the day in the market.

Certificated in NCTK, Divemaster (SSI), Assistant instructor (PADI), Snorkeling instructor (PADI), Instructor (CPR/AED/First Aid)
