Nikolleta is a talented Greek Chef from Crete, boasts over a decade of culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, and yachts. She is renowned for her innovative cooking style, emphasizing seasonal and local ingredients. Chef Nikolleta enjoys exploring diverse cuisines and experimenting with new techniques and flavors. Her expertise extends to pastry, having worked as a pastry chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant. She had the opportunity to work with renowned chefs such as Stefanos Stefanidis, P. Tsikas, Chris Giatrakos, and K. Spiropoulos, and has gained valuable experience in locations like Sifnos Island, Santorini, Creta, and Mykonos. Chef Nikolleta is friendly and approachable, adept at accommodating various dietary requests. Her passion for the sea and yachting is reflected in her extensive experience preparing meals, designing menus, and managing food provisions aboard yachts.
