Forward at dock level is a 3x16 entry deck with entry gates port and starboard. From this deck on the port side is an enclosed stairwell up to the massive roof deck. Forward is a semi open/covered dining/lounging area. Moving aft is a hard-top covered section under which is a full bar with seating, large storage closet, drop down TV and half bath. Next aft is another large uncovered deck section for relaxing and sunning. From entry deck center the boat is entered through a sliding glass door with screen. Immediately to starboard is a fully capable helm station with outboard engine rigging in place (if a motor installation is desired). Opposite and to port is a utility closet with house sized water heater. Moving aft on port side is the large open granite kitchen with sizeable island for casual dining and extra storage. Opposite to starboard is a large open salon/dining area allowing customizable furniture arrangement. Moving aft and center is the main hallway leading to the 3 staterooms. The HVAC unit is housed on the starboard side and the full house type electrical breaker panel is on the port side of this hallway. Moving aft from galley to starboard is a guest stateroom featuring double berth, wall mounted LCD TV, ample upright storage unit and storage below the berth. (All staterooms are privatized with sliding pocket doors to save space). Moving aft on starboard side is the full guest bath with large enclosed shower, sink, vanity and vacuflush marine toilet. Opposite and to port is the second guest stateroom featuring 2 full twin upper/lower berths, below berth storage, upright built in closet with ample storage and 2 LCD TVs (one per berth). Moving aft is the full beam master suite featuring sliding door to private owner aft deck. Master stateroom features queen berth (with under berth storage again) with full walk around space, matching night tables on the starboard side. Opposite to port is a hanging/storage closet, washer/dryer closet with separate machines, and the large en-suite bath featuring large shower stall, marine toilet, sink with vanity and very large built in storage unit for linens and sundries. Through the owner’s sliding glass door is access to the rear deck which houses the HVAC unit in the port corner and provides a nice private space for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Access to the outboard motor mount is found here as well.

Large full beam salon is light and airy. Several large vertical windows are present with opening screened lower sections for ventilation. Floor in salon and throughout is a heavy-duty wood grain imprinted vinyl. There are more than ample electrical outlets throughout salon and vessel. Helm station (for outboard engine if one should be added in the future) is forward and to starboard. Forward and to port is a large wall mounted LCD TV and utility closet. There are numerous ceiling mounted recessed lights with zone switching. There is ample room for a queen sleep sofa, coffee table and several side chairs if desired. There is also a Bluetooth sound system throughout the boat allowing smartphone connectivity for any audio to be played on vessel.

On the port side is a very large house sized granite counter L-Shaped galley and island. Galley is equipped with large side by side fridge with through-door water and ice, house sized full oven/stove with 4 burners, Large built-in microwave/convection oven, full sized dishwasher. There is very generous cabinet storage above the counter, below the counter and in the island. The Granite topped island can seat 2-4 people for casual dining and doubles as a great extra food prep area. There is ample overhead task lighting as well and more than ample backsplash GFI outlets for small appliances.

The master features a queen berth with full Walkarounds, twin nigh tables, twin lamps, overhead ceiling fan, window over bed and full sliding glass door leading out to small private master deck. Opposite the bed is a hanging closet, separate closet for the washer and dryer, and entry door to the master en-suite bathroom with oversized shower stall, marine vacuflush head, sink with vanity, and floor to ceiling built-in linen/storage cabinet.

There are HVAC vents in both the stateroom and the bathroom. The master also features a wall mounted LCD TV and lots of ambient light through the windows and large glass slider. A pocket door provides complete privacy to this stateroom and the other 2 as well. Note-there is generous storage under the master berth for out of season clothes and suitcases etc.

This stateroom is off the main hallway features a double berth, wall mounted LCD TV, electrical outlets, and a built-in hanging wardrobe. There is also generous storage space under the berth. A good-sized window allows plenty of ambient light into the room.

Also, off the main hallway is this second guest room with real twin upper and lower berths-each with its own LCD TV. There is an ample hanging locker as well. Note-if desired, the lower berth could be removed and a small office could be built in. There is very generous storage under the lower berth as in the other 2 staterooms.

The upper deck (accessed via a built-in stairwell on the port side of the forward entry deck) is huge and rivals upper decks on 60-65’ houseboats. There is a good mix of hardtop covered area in the middle and two uncovered areas fore and aft for sunning. There is a full bar with fridge/freezer unit, sink with hot and cold water and bar stool overhang counter. Aft of the bar area (all under cover of the hardtop) is a drop-down LCD TV. Slightly aft of that is a half bath/day head for guests and a generous storage closet. Moving aft is another very large uncovered seating/lounging area. NOTE - the forward section and hardtop are perfectly situated for clear plastic winter wrap IF one desires a solar warmed winter space for relaxing and hanging out on those 25 degree plus sunny winter days! A heavy gauge attractive safety handrail system completely wraps around the entire upper deck.

There is a 100A 220V/110v Shorepower setup. There is a household type full breaker panel with 220 and 110v circuit breakers.
