The new Gulfstream Yachts 34’ center-console is designed for the hardcore angler that wants the versatility of going offshore, navigating shallow water, or trailering the boat to different destinations all while maintaining a high-level of comfort, safety, and durability. Designed by industry-renowned designers Ward Setzer and Michael Peters, the Gulfstream 34 has many unique features to enhance the boating experience whether fishing or cruising. The extra-large bed inside the console is perfect for kids or adults to catch a nap while waiting for the fish to bite or to hide from bad weather. Owners even have the option of adding air conditioning to the console as well.
As with all Gulfstream’s models, the patented design and construction of the hulls are always unique and cutting edge. The 34 has an advanced hull with a delta pad placed along the back 12-feet of running surface as well as a fully-integrated stepped transom bracket that has the ability to handle two or three outboard engines. This significantly reduces drag while running the 34. Captains will notice that the boat planes very quickly after pushing down the throttle which does not restrict your visibility because the bow is in the air.
There are many fishing features on the Gulfstream 34 center-console and owners have the option of upgrading to three separate livewells if desired. The first livewell is integrated into the transom bulkhead with the second livewell option installed right next to it. The third optional livewell can be placed in the leaning post. This gives anglers looking to load up on bait for a tournament a lot of extra space to keep big baits fresh and lively. Additionally, there are five big insulated fish boxes that double as storage compartments in the deck that can hold ice for a long time due to the foam installed in the hull construction. With a draft of only 28” and a fuel capacity option of 400 gallons, the Gulfstream 34 has the versatility to take you anywhere you desire.
