Ryan grew up on a horse farm in Northwestern Connecticut where he learned the principles of hard work, commitment, and honesty. Those values are what set the table for his graduation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and his service in the US Coast Guard. From there, he was instantly drawn to the inherent adventure of yachting where he 'started from the bottom’ as a day worker and worked his way up to be a U.S Coast Guard licensed engineer and now as a licensed Captain with his own “boat-ique” yacht management company where Ryan spends his time catering to discerning owners of the Palm Beaches (and beyond).
