James managed the “rules of the road” training process for safe boating and seamanship with a membership boating business at John’s Pass, Florida.  He is an experienced sailor and fisherman, with expertise fishing the Gulf of Mexico’s famed Middle Grounds, The Elbow, and throughout the Keys.  He is US Power Squadron Certified, and well-versed about boating safety and etiquette.
