Originally from Ohio, Brad grew up working for his father’s charter business as a mate, fishing Lake Erie and exploring island destinations such as Put-InBay throughout the spring, summer, and early autumn months. In 1994, he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and relocated to Florida. Following 2 years serving on a 210’ medium endurance cutter in the Caribbean and 2+ years at USCG Station Miami Beach, he acquired not only a passion for the water but also the experience and credentials to venture into the world of yachting. Over the last 20+years, he has served as a full-time, private captain for multiple owners, gaining experience on a wide variety of vessels of all shapes, sizes, and builds. He has cruised on bodies of water from Maine to Key West, the Bahamas, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, and the Great Lakes. A versatile professional, Brad has mastered sportfish, motor yachts, and center consoles. He brings his in-depth, firsthand experience and unique, real-world insights to understanding what best fits your mission, or if selling, what makes your yacht stand out in its class and command attention. Brad looks forward to assisting you in the purchase or sale of your yacht and being a part of your “happiest day” in either context.
