As a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed Unlimited Chief Engineer and a retired United States Coast Guard Commander specializing in Marine Safety and Incident Management, Aaron brings decades of real-world operational and technical experience to every transaction. His career has spanned commercial shipping, cruise vessels, shipyards, and luxury yachts—giving him a comprehensive understanding of vessel performance, safety, compliance, and long-term ownership considerations.

Aaron has operated both domestic and international shipyards and has led the technical management and refit of cruise ships and commercial vessels. His extensive experience in yacht design, marine engineering, new construction, refits, and repair allows him to evaluate vessels far beyond surface appearance. Clients benefit from his ability to identify strengths, risks, and long-term costs before they become issues.

In addition to his engineering and command background, Aaron has served as both a yacht broker and New Yacht Sales Manager, with experience importing multiple yacht brands into the United States. This global perspective provides his clients with access to a wide range of opportunities and a sophisticated understanding of international transactions, compliance, and logistics.

Aaron’s leadership extends throughout the marine industry. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Superyacht Association, the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, and the Miami Marine Council, helping shape policy, safety standards, and industry best practices. He is also active in professional and alumni leadership, serving as President of the South Florida A&M Club and National Representative for Region 10 of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students.
