Morning Prayer has had the best of mechanical preventive care in the last 5 years in use as a liveaboard cruiser. She still has a few projects and upgrades that need to be completed such as refurbishing of several areas of Teak Parquet flooring in the Master Stateroom, some additional electronics such as a MFD Chart plotter with Radar since the current owner uses his IPAD with chart plotting software. Some varnished teak woodwork around door frames and high wear areas could use a fresh coat of varnish, but there are no unsightly cabinetry stains or rot, so these minor cosmetic efforts will result in a vessel that looks as good as she runs. The Seller has a Boston Whaler Tender with an outboard that is not included with the sale of the vessel but available separately for sale.
