Congratulations is in order to everyone involved in the sale of "LAST FOOT II". a beautiful 2016 Marlow Yachts 66E Explorer listed for sale with United Yacht broker Daniel Hoffmann. LAST FOOT II was a big feature in the March, 2016 edition of Power & Motor Yacht Magazine. United and Daniel both want to extend a sincere thank you to the other broker involved in the transaction, Jimmy Rogers of Tom George Yacht Group. The asking price for this Marlow 66E was $2,935,000 and it was located for sale in North Palm Beach. Below you will find a video of the yacht by United.

LAST FOOT II was in excellent condition when it was listed for sale as the previous owners kept meticulous care of her through professional captain services. Powered with twin CAT C-18 1,150HP engines, there were only 540 hours spent lightly cruising. This is one of the reasons that United was able to quickly sell the yacht in just over six months on the market.

"The Marlow 66 Explorer is a pretty rare yacht to become available," said Daniel Hoffmann after the sale. "When you get a luxury long-distance cruising yacht or liveaboard-type yacht of this pedigree that has been this well cared for, the demand is high. The seller has been a longtime client of mine who I originally sold a 19' Scout to several years ago. He painted it yellow to match Last Foot II and had it as a tender. Great captain, great owner, I couldn't be more happy for them."

There had been many upgrades and additions that made Last Foot II a desirable yacht. In addition to the CAT engine transferable warranty that came with the vessel, this Marlow 66E was also equipped with two Bluewater water-makers of 950 and 350 gallons a day, as well as an enclosure for the cockpit seating area. There were two upgraded Kohler 23kw generators on board, yacht controller with joystick at each station, and even a custom-designed crew quarters.

The salon on Last Foot II has a traditional, luxury feel with the teak cabinetry and teak blinds. There is a custom multi-colored back-lit etched glass artwork in the salon along with a wine cooler, cream marfil bar, ice-maker, fridge, and a retractable 40" television. Seating and storage are ample, must-have features for any yacht owner looking for on-water adventure.

The master stateroom is massive for a 66' yacht and takes full advantage of the boat's 19' beam. Everything about the master suite is geared towards your comfort and the ambiance of sleeping overnight on the ocean. The floors are a mix of high-gloss teak and holly woods. The cabinet tops and headboards are camphor burl wood and you'll find maple accents throughout the interior. The storage capacity and hanging closet space on Last Foot II is phenomenal, particular in the master cabin where you have a generous walk-in closet with drawers.
