Sales price takes into consideration the following:

While stored ashore at Safe Cove, Florida during Hurricane Ian, the vessel sustained damage despite being professionally dry-docked and securely strapped down. A wooden stand pad punctured the hull, and airborne debris caused damage to the mast. The hull has since been professionally repaired, and a new mast and rigging were professionally installed. Documentation and repair receipts are available upon request
