United Yacht Sales broker Matt Condon has just sold and closed on HIGH BID, a Princess Yachts V72 that was located in Panama City Beach, Florida. HIGH BID was an excellent example of the Princess V72 with many upgrades and options included. This is important in the brokerage market for being able to sell quickly and for the highest price possible. Princess is known for their performance, incredible luxury, and comfortable accommodations below deck. These European-built luxury cruising yachts typically don't last long when kept in good condition, feature the amenities people want, and are priced competitively. This particular V72 featured the largest engines offered as well as special designer appointments.

The lounge on the bow is one of the most important areas of any cruising yacht meant for entertaining. Today's boat owners want both a place to sit and an area for sunbathing. While the captain is cruising you down the ICW, you and your friends can be basking in the sun on the large sunpads with adjustable backs. There is a wide walkway between the couch and the sunpads for easy maneuvering while underway. The sound system will keep everyone entertained.

The galley is accessed below deck from a curved staircase and is well-equipped. It is placed portside and is the center of the walkway area between the staterooms and salons. Everything you need to prepare a full-course meal for your guests is here including a 4-zone flush-mount ceramic glasstop range, microwave with convection oven, Waeco refrigeration and freezer, and plenty of storage.

HIGH BID features a 3-stateroom layout, as well as a crew quarters aft. The master stateroom is found midship and features a king-sized walk-around berth, large windows for excellent light and ventilation, comfortable sofa, desk with chair, and lots of storage for clothes. It also has a spa-like en suite bathroom. The VIP is placed forward and is nearly as elegant as the master. It has a queen-sized berth, over-sized port lights, and excellent cabinetry. The VIP also has its own bathroom. The third guest cabin is starboard and features twin berths, as well as private access to the day head.

The engines (seen below) are the big CAT C-32 ACERT 1,702bhp engines that had only 590 hours on it since new. Other mechanical features include ABT-Trac Hydraulic Stabilizer fins, Onan 27kW generator, and a lot more!
