If you live and boat around the Florida Panhandle, you've likely heard the news about what's happening down in Bayou Chico. The Barn Pensacola is set to open at the Pensacola Marine Center and locals think that it will turn the area into a boating mecca. United Yacht Sales Emerald Division, led by Senior yacht broker Brian Franc, has opened a new office at the facility.
"We're extremely excited to be a part of the growth in Pensacola and at this premier storage and service facility," said Brian. "United Yacht Sales has the premier office location and we already have broker Matt Parson available at the office even though the project isn't quite completed."

"Having an office at The Barn Pensacola allows us to greater serve our customers who choose to list their vessel with United Yacht Sales. The Barn will be the premier storage and service facility anywhere on the Gulf coast with hundreds of boat owners utilizing it every season. This not only grows our footprint for the Emerald Coast Division and United Yacht Sales, but will also create more exposure for our listing clients. We are excited for the grand opening in a few months!"
