With broad international sailing experience and a deep familiarity with the U.S. East Coast from Massachusetts to the Florida Keys, Paul brings significant expertise to every client interaction. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Near Coastal OUPV Captain’s License and is an ASA-certified instructor, dedicated to sharing his knowledge with both new and seasoned boaters.
