Michael Gaddis grew up on and attributes the Tennessee River as playing an integral role in his life. With a bachelor’s degree in communications management, he worked for 17 years in the corporate world, often attaining at least one of the top two sales territories and retaining a spot in the top 10% of the sales force while working for Fortune 500 corporations such as Grainger Industrial.
Mike chose to transition to become an entrepreneur and transformed his side hustle into a lucrative business building 5 locations of self-storage facilities and taking part in the development of approximately 2 miles of the Tennessee River’s Fort Loudoun Lake. Mike also started Boatworks of Tennessee, brokering local boats.
