Introduction
This is a one owner boat custom ordered to his specs. The hull was recently painted flag blue with a double red boot stripe and white bottom. It has recent North Sails including a full batten main, and a gennaker. This boat was ordered with the third stateroom that allows sleeping for 9.
Vessel Walkthrough
This is the 3 stateroom layout with two aft staterooms and the traditional forward V-berth. There is a Nav. Station in the salon on Starboard with a well equipped galley opposite on the port side. Further into the salon are port and starboard settees. The starboard settee is designed to open into a double berth. The head is forward on port.

Master Stateroom

There is a teak and holy sole. Bookshelves and reading lamps complete the accessories in the forward cabin.
Guest Stateroom
There are port and starboard staterooms aft. Access is through the galley or the Nav. Station…through a teak door. The berths here are also fit with the same custom berth/mattress supports. Included are ample storage spaces for the guests. Opening ports with screens provide good air flow.
