    Brokers Comments

It is rare indeed to find such a venerable classic as this 49 Grand Banks that has benefited from so many intelligent and expensive upgrades, and has been maintained by professional and on-going maintenance.  Her entire exterior has just been professionally cleaned, buffed, and waxed from flybridge to waterline.  Her clean, well lit, stand-up engine room shows proper maintenance.  Her interior is clean, odor free, and shows very little patina for her age.

If the punch list for your ideal cruising motor yacht includes all of the features of “Tejano”, but those boats are either out of your price range, or have disappointed upon personal inspection, then do not hesitate to call me to see this outstanding yacht. You will not be disappointed!
