As you enter from the covered aft deck area, there is an L-shaped settee to port with (2) occasional chairs across. Between the two chairs, is the entertainment center with a pop up concealed TV. Forward to starboard is the lower helm with seat and side access door. Across to port is the galley.
Stepping down the companionway stairs one finds the guest head with separate shower stall to port and the guest stateroom with twin berths to starboard.
The master stateroom is all the way forward with a center-line berth. The master head with separate shower stall is to starboard.
The engine room can be accessed from the forward part of the salon (through a hatch in the sole), or from the aft cockpit via the flybridge steps that lift up for easy engine room access.
Up these gentle sloping stairs to the flybridge with dual helm seats. There is a large L-shaped settee aft to port with a teak table. Across is the wet bar with concealed ice maker. This is all under the cover of the over-sized Bimini top and there is a four sided Eisenglass enclosure. The boat deck is aft of the Bimini and features a low profile crane.

"Nancy Darlin" has lived a very good life. Originally a Chesapeake Bay boat she was delivered in Texas in 2010 where she lived in a covered shed until the spring of 2016. As such, her gel coat and teak decks are in much better condition than the typical southern boat.
Fully outfitted with a new, (in 2013) Garmin Navigation package. Features include bow thruster, new RIB dinghy and outboard (2016) 800# low profile crane, full canvas, and all of the quality compliments which have distinguished the Grand Banks Yachts.
The constant refinement of a quality design, which has now morphed into a modern yacht while retaining her classic appeal, she is a truly versatile and capable cruising vessel.
In overall very good condition with all servicing current, She is has been relocated to Stuart Florida and is very easily shown. She is on a professional yacht maintenance program and will pass the most critical of examinations.
