REUBEN JAMES has been well maintained by her knowledgeable owner and is turnkey ready for the change of command. She will let you relax in style with live-aboard features that give you all the comforts of home. Offering one of the more expansive interior layouts of any similar boat in her class the Sea Ray 440 Express Bridge is sure to please. Her sunken salon utilizes the entire width of the hull to create a huge, wide open floor plan laid out on a single level. With the preferred Cummins engines aft below the cockpit, there's even room for an innovative mid-cabin stateroom under the molded cockpit bridge steps - something not seen in other express bridge models. A spacious fly bridge is arranged with a wraparound helm console on the centerline and additional bench seating forward. A pass thru in the bridge coaming provides access to the foredeck and it’s built in seating. You’ll love the possibilities she provides for a great live aboard or weekend getaways and entertaining. 2010 Insurance survey and receipts from mechanical services available upon request. Check out the full specs! Starting forward is the master stateroom with a centerline queen bed, large cedar-lined hanging locker with mirrored doors and vanity with settee to starboard. Dual entry head is to port and features a Vacuflush toilet, vanity with storage below, sink, mirrored medicine cabinet and separate stall shower. Moving aft to port is the lower helm and to starboard is the well equipped galley with a round breakfast bar and 2 stools. Aft of the helm and galley is the salon which utilizes the entire width of the hull to create a huge, wide-open floor plan. There is an L-shaped settee with table that converts to make a large berth to port and to starboard is a custom desk and barrel chair farthest aft. Opposite to port and down 3 steps is the mid-cabin stateroom which has a double bed, cedar-lined hanging locker and private head. The head has Vacuflush toilet, vanity, sink, and hand held shower. Moving aft from salon and up three steps is access to the cockpit via a sliding glass door. The engines are located aft and below the cockpit sole. Molded steps on the portside provide an easy walk up to the spacious flybridge. This area has additional bench seating forward and a walkthru in the flybridge coaming provides easy access to the fore deck for handling capabilities.
