This is the perfect boat for a couple just starting out or thinking of downsizing. It would make an excellent choice as a comfortable and easy to handle LOOP boat.
Step aboard via the teak swim platform and the stern door to the spacious aft deck. Or board via the portside boarding gate.
The aft deck is the focal point of the boat for entertaining friends or just to relax and enjoy the views from the spacious aft deck. The aft deck is covered completely by a blue bimini and for the sunniest of days, has a complete set of side curtains. Forward, on the port side, is the refrigerator/freezer inside a custom deck box with louvered, bi-fold teak doors. On the starboard side forward bulkhead is the outdoor handheld shower, supplied with pressure hot and cold water. There is also a dinghy motor bracket located on the starboard side forward. Access to the generator and steering systems are through an opening hatches in the deck.
From the aft deck, you go forward to the foredeck/bow via wide side decks, secure inside the stainless steel railings. Once on the foredeck you will find a manual anchor windless, a bow pulpit with dual anchor rollers and stainless steel railing. The foredeck has been completely re-cored and re-glassed.
Back on the aft deck there is a stainless steel ladder with teak steps that take you to the flybridge covered by a blue bimini. The flybridge has a mate’s bench seat to port and a captain’s bench seat to starboard. The flybridge is equipped with all the necessary controls and electronics to navigate and maneuver from the flybridge. The radar mast is located just aft of the flybridge. There is a complete blue weather cover for the flybridge when not in use.
Returning to the aft deck, there is a sliding teak door to enter the salon. The well equipped galley is to starboard with a U-shaped dinette to port. Forward of the galley on the starboard side is the helm and captain’s bench seat. There is access to the starboard side deck from the helm via a sliding teak door.
Continuing forward from the salon and stepping down, immediately to starboard is the AC/DC distribution panel and circuit breakers. Next there is a large hanging locker to starboard. To port is a full head, with sink, electric toilet and handheld shower. Next is the V-Berth, with a filler piece, making for a comfortable double berth. There is an opening hatch for ventilation above the V-berth.
The main salon is entered via a sliding teak door from the aft deck or a sliding teak door from the starboard side deck at the helm station. The U-shape dinette is to port and will seat four persons comfortably. The dinette table will drop and convert to a double bed.
The bulkheads are bright teak and in excellent condition as well as the teak and holly floors.
There is AC in the salon for the hottest of days and opening windows with screens for the cool evenings.
The galley is on the starboard side aft in the salon. It features a four burner propane stove top and oven. Next and forward of the stove stop is a single, deep stainless steel sink with pressure cold and hot water. The refrigerator/freezer is located on the aft deck, forward on the port side. It is located inside a custom deck box with louvered teak bi-fold doors.
The master stateroom, located in the bow, has a V-berth with a filler piece that makes for a comfortable double bed. For ventilation there are opening ports and a deck hatch over the V-berth. The forward cabin has been recently redone with new overhead and trim.
