Parker Marine is located near the outer banks of NC in Beaufort, an area world renowned for over 200 years’ tradition of hand crafted custom boat building. Here along demanding coastal eaters, that are commonly known as “The Graveyard of the Atlantic”, boats were of necessity built to be sea worthy, versatile, and reliable. The rich heritage of traditional boat building is an integral part of the local population which now comprises the Parker Marine workforce. Parker has been building quality boats since the late 1960s and are recognized as truly well-built boats.
Whether your fishing miles offshore or exploring with the family, the Parker 2310 Walkaround offers the safety and versatility you need. Her spacious cabin accommodates two overnight and offers plenty of dry storage for you and your cargo. The walkaround was designed for lots of use and minimal maintenance time.
The Parker 2310 offers easy access into the large cockpit by way of the swim platform and over the transom down a step from the wide port or starboard side decks. The side decks are wide and offer easy maneuverability forward to the bow, overhead and cabin top hand rails offer additional safety. The cockpit features storage compartments, access to batteries and selector switches, and rod storage built into the gunnels. The cockpit has four (4) built-in rod holders and an aluminum arch with six (6) rocket launcher rod holders. An additional white plastic rod holder for three rods has been added aft. Between the helm seating a large self-draining fish or storage locker. The helm area has port and starboard aft facing chairs with removable cushions and the helm and companion seats are mounted on swivels with foot rests and also have cushions. The helm area offers excellent visibility with windshield side vents for added ventilation. The helm is located to starboard and offers an array of engine and navigation instruments. The helm area is protected by a dark blue Sunbrella bimini with full enclosure.
Access into the cabin is through a bi-fold door with an opening hatch. Once inside the cabin is large and has port and starboard settees with storage under the cushion and a forward cushion. A filler cushion hides the porta-potti and makes the cabin into a large v-berth. Forward is access into the anchor locker and aft along the starboard side is access behind the helm for easy repair or additional connections. The cabin has two opening ports with screens and an overhead hatch.
