Starting at the transom you will find the optional swim platform with concealed telescopic swim ladder; starboard on the transom is the fiberglass transom gate.

As soon as you step on the Tiara you will notice Tiara’s famous diamond pattern nonskid. In the self-draining cockpit is the fold down aft transom seat and surrounding the cockpit are coaming bolsters. Under the cockpit sole are the two removable flush floor storage boxes. Starboard side is the raw water and fresh water wash down; port side is the cockpit shower.

In the upper cockpit and on the port side is a curved companion seat with jump seat, forward of the seat next to the sliding companionway door is the navigation chart area with cup holders. The captain and passengers are protected by Tiara’s custom aircraft style windshield with ¼ tempered safety glass and electric center vent with two windshield wipers and fresh water wash down.

The upper cockpit is covered by Tiara’s factory hardtop with Anodized rod holder on each side, mounted on top of the hardtop is the Furuno Radar, and new antenna. Under the hardtop are the electronic box and recessed lights. Surrounding the upper cockpit coming off the hardtop is the forward and side Eisenglass curtains and aft from the hardtop to the cockpit is a three-piece drop curtain.

The 31 is built no differently than the larger Tiara Yachts and has a tilt away helm station which allows the owner to get behind the helm and work on the electronics, wiring and VDO gauges.

The Captain’s seat has the back-to-back configuration with storage under it. There is an inspection hatch allowing easy access to preview the engine bay.

The helm is well laid out and has two Nat Nav Furunos that have had soft wear updates, a new VHF, remote pad for the bow light, auto pilot. The toggle switches are in good condition, shifters and throttle move well, and the VDO gauges are nice and clear.

The interior finish is very nice Teak veneer with a Teak & Holly veneer sole. To the left is the full fiberglass head/shower with solid privacy door; in the head is the mirror and two vanity storage compartments. Immediately forward of the head is the galley with a Corian countertop, stainless steel sink storage compartments, and a two-burner cooktop (the cooktop does have a crack in it but can be replaced). There are dish lockers, a microwave oven and an AC/DC refrigerator freezer.

On the starboard side you will find the dinette lounge. This area has U-shaped seating that will convert into a berth and has storage below. You will see the pedestal mount table. Above the dinette area are hull side storage compartments. Aft on the bulkhead is the boat’s electrical panel and generator panel. The Tiara’s battery switches are under the companionway steps.

The owner’s stateroom is forward with a double berth with three storage compartments under it and the salon AC unit. Port and starboard side are hull side storage there are two storage compartments above the berth. and one full length hanging closet and two cabin lights. The owner’s stateroom has a pullout full length privacy curtain.

The interior shows very well, all the wood Teak veneer is in wonderful condition, the dinette upholstery shows very well.
