74' Sunseeker Manhattan 2003
Sunseeker's 74 Manhattan that was introduced in 1999, features a bi-level salon with a layout that changed in 2003. The galley was strategically repositioned to starboard aft near the 3-panel sliding glass doors that open to the cockpit/aft deck for convenient food and beverage service when dining alfresco. Galley features a peninsula bar with glassware storage that faces the port aft L-shaped lounge--perfect for serving appetizers, beverages, and buffets. A couple steps up and forward is the helm deck level of the salon with two seating areas and triangular shaped pedestal tables. A large flatcreen TV is mounted on the back of galley bulkhead and faces the forward portside dinette seating. Lower helm station is starboard forward with a door to starboard side deck. Companionway to forward guest cabins is between the helm and raised portside dinette. Full beam master cabin has a private entrance tucked between the lower salon couch and aft of the floating stairs to the flybridge. Flybridge is also accessed from built-in stairs on the starboard side of cockpit/aft deck. LA BELVA is a gorgeous, spacious yacht with indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, dine, and socialize. This 74ft 2003 Manhattan flybridge motoryacht was designed for luxury offshore cruising and entertaining on a deep-V performance hull with prop tunnels by renowned superyacht designer, Don Shead and built to the exacting British standards of the luxury Sunseeker brand.
"La Belva" is a beautiful vessel. The dark blue and white hull shines, and all of her appointments are in wonderful condition. This popular layout boasts four staterooms plus crew quarters aft. Open layout, with galley and salon, on one level.
The Sunseeker 74 main deck layout is unique and comfortable for a vessel of this size. The yacht offers accommodations for eight (8) owners and guests in four (4) staterooms with three (3) heads, plus crews' quarters.
One of the outstanding features of this vessel's layout is the private stairwell to the master stateroom offering another level of privacy rarely found in vessels less than 85 feet. The three guest staterooms are accessed via a forward stairwell, and the crew quarters are aft of the engine room accessed from the aft deck. Once you have traveled with guests and crew, the privacy this yacht provides is comfortable for everyone on board.
Starting aft on the hydraulic swim platform that will carry, raise, and lower a tender, it is then up two-steps on either port or starboard side to a large aft deck with a contoured bench seat and Teak table. There is a stairway to the flybridge on the starboard side.
Centerline is a tinted sliding glass door and matching large framed window, through the door to a split-level salon with galley to port on the lower level and a settee to starboard on this same level. There is an internal stairwell to the flybridge that hovers over the private access to the master stateroom, amazing use of space.
Then up one step and forward into a large entertaining area, framed by windows on all sides. This level features a comfortable, large, lounge with a coffee table to port accompanied by a dining area to starboard. Forward of the dining area is a lower helm.
All of this layout in a flowing style, so that more than a dozen guests would enjoy. Down the stairwell forward to the VIP guest stateroom, with en-suite head and the two guest staterooms and a shared head.
The master stateroom is midship and privately accessed through the salon. It features a king bed, settee, vanity, built-in drawer storage, and a large cedar-lined closet with mirrored doors. There are opening ports with screens and curtains, as well as overhead and reading lights. This suite has its own head and shower plus a bathtub with jacuzzi jets.
Completely forward is the VIP stateroom with a Queen bed, built-in drawer storage, overhead lockers, wardrobes with mirrored doors, and opening portlights with screens and curtains. 24-volt lighting is provided in the form of overhead treatment and reading lamps. The en-suite head has a shower with an acrylic door and Teak grating with a washbasin. There is also a TV/DVD player.
Guest Staterooms, Twin, Port and Starboard:
Two twin berth staterooms, port, and starboard have built-in drawer storage, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Opening portlights have screens and curtains.
