Bold styling, luxurious interior, spacious cockpit, and impressive two stateroom two head layout make this 44 Sundancer a favorite among knowledgeable cruisers. Privacy doors separate both staterooms and full Galley to starboard features Corian countertops, under counter freezer, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and a flat screen TV that folds down from the ceiling. Couch extends into berth across from the galley, to port. Guest stateroom is aft with a seating area that converts to a bed. This particular Sea Ray Sundancer 44 has been Captain Maintained with an OPEN CHECKBOOK for the current and previous owner since 2012. Prior to 2012, another full time captain kept it in tip top shape as well. The current owner purchased “Late Fee” in December of 2016, and his growing family needs a larger boat for trips from Destin to Pensacola, Orange Beach and Biloxi. ADDITIONAL UPDATES:
An additional raw water pump was added for the forward AC because the original pump was not adequate and to the captain’s liking. A custom valve system was plumbed so that the additional pump can act as a backup in the event of a primary pump failure. Raw water AC pump and lines were replaced with new at this time as well as an oversized thru-hull fitting to keep up with demand. Both raw water pumps and manifold were re-located for much better access.

“Late Fee” typically gets run at 18-20kts for cruising. Minimal trim tab needed to hop on plane. Very little bow rise and flat running gives a clear view ahead at all times.
