2016 Sea Ray 510 Sundancer
Sea Ray’s 510 Sundancer is on par with European sport cruisers in terms of styling and performance, with an emphasis on versatility and blending inside and outside spaces for the ultimate in family/couples entertaining and cruising experiences. Sea Ray enclosed the helm deck salon with a 3-panel slider that separates the salon from the cockpit but can pocket to one side for a blended entertainment space. Huge salon windows, 20o raked windshield, and large sunroof create a solarium effect that expands the openness of the main salon and helm deck. Sea Ray’s patented SkyFlow design of the windshield and sunroof lights the companionway steps and landing belowdecks to brighten the lower-level salon and galley with natural light.
Huge hullside windows brighten the accommodations, consisting of midships full beam master with ensuite head and walkaround berth, and the forward VIP guest stateroom with private entrance to the guest/day head. Both staterooms and heads with showers are beautifully appointed. Bow to stern, AXON has been optimized for relaxation and entertainment. The bow features a large versatile sunpad that converts to a lounge with flip up backrests for taking in the view or reading. The hydraulic stern boarding platform lowers for swimming and features a hot/cold shower to rinse off. Up two steps, through transom gate, leads to the cockpit with a portside U-shaped wraparound settee and gloss-finished rectangular pedestal table for al fresco dining and sunset cocktails. A starboard console features a pull-out electric grill with an icemaker below. A power operated sunshade extends from the hardtop to shade the area. The engine room service hatch is in cockpit sole.
Main salon features a raised platform L-shaped settee with table on portside across from the entertainment center with wet bar, 32” LED Smart TV mounted above the counter height cabinet, and entertainment systems including gaming system port, SiriusXM, 4-speaker and subwoofer sound system, stereo with Bluetooth, CD/DVD and BluRay players. The Sea Ray double helm seat platform rotates to face the settee and table, a feature pioneered by Sea Ray. Helm dash features RayMarine navigation electronics, SmartCraft VesselView Display, and Electronic Throttle and Shift Controls (ETS), along with a full array of instrumentation, that make AXON a pleasure to drive, with responsive handling, easy maneuverability, and great Sea Ray performance.
