Over the years, we have researched, boarded, and sold virtually every type of boat - but we've never seen a yacht like "Amora". Prior to 2016, she had been a well-maintained, contentedly "standard" super high-end 88 Pershing. Then everything changed. In the course of the next three years, ending in 2019, virtually every surface, piece of equipment, and square foot of upholstery was tastefully & thoughtfully updated with the very best that U.S. dollars - and a combined century of refitting experience - could conjure.
At least $3 million. That's the amount that, by conservative estimates, the current owner has spent on this 2004/2019 88' Pershing. The below listing is an admittedly incomplete snapshot of a one-of-a-kind, world-class vessel. Your time, and our space constraints, prevent us from detailing every single aspect of what is, as she sits right now in Lighthouse Point, a state-of-the-art vessel in stunningly pristine condition.
While it may be a cliche, this happens to be the truest thing we can possibly write: Amora simply must be experienced in person. She is worth the time. And take it from us - you haven't seen a yacht like her before.
Specifications
The guest quarters of "Amora" are masterfully laid out. Most notable is the yacht's full beam master stateroom, located belowdecks aft. It features Smart Glass windows, tons of storage, a supremely-comfortable King bed, vanity desk, and settee. Directly across from the bed, is a 55" LG 4K flat-screen television, with Polk Sound Bar. It is ensuite, of course, with a large Master Head - featuring a Swarovski crystal lined fully-body shower - conjuring visions of a "Spa Day".
Leaving the master stateroom, one finds a charming Day Head to Port, complete with a handmade tiled sink from Venice. Moving up two stairs, is where the Lower Salon (otherwise known as the "Media Room") can be found. With a wall-length U-shaped sofa, draped in the finest of suede materials, it will be hard to not spend at least a couple of hours here each night. A massive 4K LG Television sits directly across from the sofa.
To starboard of the lower salon, is the completely revamped galley of this Pershing 88. Featuring all new appliances, including a remote-controlled trash compactor, and the same solid wood floors as the salon, owners, guests, and chefs will have no problems whipping up Michelin-quality meals for weeks on end. Storage for glassware, cooking supplies, and pantry items abounds. A full-sized LG refrigerator sits waiting to be filled with perishable goods.
Moving forward of the galley & lower salon, one will find port & starboard guest cabins. While adults will find these full-length guest beds to be perfectly suitable, they are ideal for children. Both guest cabins are ensuite and come with ample storage, including hanging closets.
All the way forward is the impeccably-decorated (and spacious) ensuite VIP cabin. With a large flat-screen Samsung TV opposite the queen bed (with a Carico mattress!), your VIP guests will love the refuge that this ultra-deluxe stateroom provides.
The large, stainless steel-framed salon door opens up with merely the wave of a hand. Upon entering the main salon, one is instantly greeted by huge windows to port & starboard, filling the salon with an abundance of natural light. The smooth wooden floors, designed to massage feet, lend a certain rustic aestethic to an otherwise highly-contemporary design sensibility.
To port, one instantly notices a sprawling, Italian vinyl-clad U-shaped sofa, with a mesmerizing, acrylic coffee table situated within arm's reach of any seat. Directly across from the port-side seating is a retractable 4K flat-screen television. A Crestron tablet and Lumishore controls line the wall - yet another sign of the state-of-the-art nature of this yacht.
The main salon is the perfect entry point to Amora - it is welcoming & super-stylish, yet also technologically advanced, with one of the most impressive helm stations at its forward centerline. The oversized sunroof is a reminder that this yacht belongs out at sea, not at the dock.
The lower salon is the perfect place for movie night, with a 50" 4K screen, with accompanying Polk sound bar, framing the room, just opposite a plush U-shaped sofa & matching coffee table.
The A/V System on Amora is second-to-none. All staterooms guests control their own music, television and lighting via Crestron. Three Satellite Channels (or DVR), two Apple TV channels, and two Roku Channels can be watched onboard simultaneously.
Assorted accessories and art work are excluded. A complete list will be provided for serious buyers.
