"Dunwerkin" is a well maintained, clean 2007 37’ Seville pilothouse model, powered with a single fuel efficient 380 Cummins with 1,700 hours. The vessel has a full beam salon, a forward stateroom with an inline bed, with split en-suite heads, a utility room, and upper and lower helm stations. She offers a 6KW Northern Lights generator in a sound shield along with a bow and stern thruster. She has two AC units; the bow AC unit has recently been replaced. The vessel comes with a 9’ hard bottom inflatable and 9.9 Honda tiller outboard. This vessel is a pleasure to show and will make a great cruiser or a great boat for the loop.
You enter the salon through a large sliding patio door and notice the full beam salon, the large hull side windows that open with teak blinds, Teak wood interior and a teak and holy sole. Immediately to your port side in the salon is the salon L-shaped sofa, and Hi-Lo dinette that breaks down into a berth. Just forward of the salon sofa is a utility room with a mirror, a refrigerator, and a solid door; above the door is the salon flat screen TV.
Starboard side in the salon is the galley. The galley has a propane Princess oven with a three-burner cooktop, good storage, a stainless-steel sink along with a stand-up refrigerator freezer that was recently replaced. Above the galley, built into the headliner are two dropdown locking dishware cabinets and a GE microwave.
Up a step and you are at the pilot house. Both sides of the pilot house are side deck doors that open, allowing access to the outside of the vessel. Opposite the helm is seating with a Hi-Lo table. The seat also converts into a single sleeper. Behind the helm is a navigation station, below that is the electrical panel with access to the isolator battery switch. The bridge is surrounded with a solid windshield frame that has three wipers and a sunshade the center windshield opens.
The pilothouse offers a deck hatch. At the helm is a touch screen Raymarine Hybrid touch. She has Electronic Glendenning engine control, an M422 VHF Marine Radio, Raymarine ST-60 depth, Raymarine ST7002 Smartpilot, on the bridge in the pilot house, and Raymarine ST 40 wind/speed chain counter for the 200’ of chain. Also a Vetus bow thruster and stern thruster and the Mercruiser smart craft control panel. The vessel has a 4KW Radar.
Under the sole in the pilothouse is access to the QSB5.9 380 Cummins diesel which is coupled up to a ZF 85A transmission. In the engine room is the Reverso oil change system and dual Racor fuel filters and the Fireboy Fire suppression system.
The Owner’s stateroom is forward with a solid privacy door and an inline queen bed. Port and Starboard side is hull side storage, two closets and pullout drawers under the bed. There are two port lights along with a deck hatch. The vessel has a separate ensuite head and shower and a dedicated air conditioning panel.
In the cockpit on the port and starboard side are boarding steps that convert into propane storage bins. The cockpit is covered by the flybridge; access to the lazaret is via the cockpit sole. There you will see the water heater and hydraulic steering system.
On the transom and center line is the transom door which leads to the fiberglass swim platform with swim ladder. On the inside of the transom are shore power hook ups, transom shower and a sunscreen going from the back of the fly to the top of the transom and BBQ grill.
You board the bridge up molded steps through the side doors located in the lower wheelhouse. The vessel has a Sea Deck like material thoughout the exterior. From both sides of the hull wrapping around the vessel from both wing doors is a welded bow rail; on the bow is a Quick anchor with 200’ of chain, the windlass has controls at both stations and a wash down is also on the bow and a stainless steel Sampson post.
On the flybridge is a bimini top, the helm and three helm seats are covered with a good canvas cover. The ship mast is hinged. At the helm are VDO gauges, a Raymarine touch screen hybrid, control for the thrusters, windlass, Raymarine ST60, and VHF radio. All the hardware on the exterior is stainless steel. The davit is a 600 LBS tender.
