The Mainship Pilot 43/ 45 was the most recent of the Pilot designs from Mainship. She was the largest Pilot model in the range and she was conceived with the cruising power boater in mind. Two full sleeping cabins with queen sized sleeping berths, a master head with a large shower provide the accommodations for cruisers who wish to travel long distances and have family or friends along for the adventure. Her hull is a modified v shape with a huge engine room aft below the cockpit. The bright and airy main salon and galley of the Mainship 43 are surrounded by large opening windows, sunroof and a two part dutch door. Long range cruisers will appreciate her galley, fitted with two stainless steel refrigerator drawers mounted below the granite counter tops. The helm station of the Mainship 43 reflects the needs of a serious cruisers. Two high back helm chairs for helmsman and mate and a navigational electronics pod large enough for two chart plotters make this space a navigators dream. The side deck door flows air in to the interior when underway and allows the helmsman to assist with docking maneuvers when arriving in port or securing a mooring. The private master stateroom on the Mainship 43 is a very comfortable and accommodating space for the cruising couple. An island berth is easily accessed and there are multiple lockers and drawers for all of the personal effects that a cruising couple to take along. Overhead hatches and opening port lights provide air and light to this handsomely crafted space. Your guests will be accommodated in comfort in their own cabin with a generous berth and multiple storage spaces. A hatch overhead can be opened for ventilation and light and the port light in the cabin side also provides light and air.
