The Island Packet 40 is a cutter rigged full keel cruiser with a keel stepped mast. Vesper has been repowered with a 54 hp Yanmar in 2015. Chainplates were replaced in 2019 by Mack Sails. Head forward with pullman berth to starboard and dressing bench / storage to port makes the forward guest cabin. The saloon features the standard Island Packet fold up table to allow for a large open area unless the table is down.
