A superlative aft-cabin motoryacht layout with sleeping accommodations for four in two cabins. Owners cabin is aft with vanity/workstation and hanging lockers and drawer storage. There is an En-Suite Head and separate enclosed Shower. The Saloon is located center with lots of lounging space and the up-Galley is located to port of the companionway. It is a U-shaped with overhead storage and a counter opening to the settee with table and inside steering station in the Saloon. Forward and down of the Main Saloon is a second head to starboard with the large V-berth Guest Stateroom is in the bow. There are substantial hanging lockers. Entranceway to the engine room is through a door in the aft of the Guest Stateroom. Teak and holly cabin soles throughout.
Gourmet Galley is part of the Saloon area where all the action is. There is a lot of countertop space and more than abundant storage in cabinets both lower and overhead and drawers. Sink has a telescoping spray water fixture.
The large Saloon is located mid-ship and includes the galley and the lower steering station. There is a starboard side door leading to the deck, aft starboard stairs leading to the Sundeck, centerline aft stairs leading down to the Master Stateroom and forward centerline stairs leading to the Guest Stateroom and engine room.

Lots of storage in hanging lockers, drawers and cabinets. Three sliding opening portholes and an overhead screened hatch allow lots of light and air.
The aft Sundeck is totally enclosed with new Eisenglass, along with three drop-down Stamoid mesh curtains (for sunblock), and a fiberglass hardtop. There are two hard wing doors leading to the port and starboard side decks. Aft to starboard is an opening gate leading down SS and teak ladder to the swim platform. Centerline upstairs to the Flybridge and just to the right of it is doorway access downstairs to the cabin areas. In the Sundeck area is a teak table and four chairs, an apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, three small tables, and cabinet storage. New sole anti-skid paint treatment done in Sundeck. This is a great area for entertaining, lounging and eating.
Upstairs from the Sundeck is the very large Flybridge covered with a Sunbrella bimini top on SS framing. It includes the upper helm and lots of seating. This area is another great entertainment space with an L-Shaped settee with a table on starboard, and a sofa sized seat on port. Under the built-in seats is lots of storage. There is a centerline, very comfortable, Stidd helm chair with arms and footrest.
Nice wide passageway forward with SS and teak railings all around. Power anchor windlass forward. Electric dinghy hoist crane on aft hardtop; electric dinghy davit on stern.
Easy access to engine room through the door in forward Stateroom. It is well lit with easy access to all equipment. The Cummins engines have been well taken care of and are of unknown hours but believed to be about 1,900. There is a new bow thruster making docking extremely easy.
