This 1984 Hilburn houseboat was purchased in 2023 and completely rebuilt from the hull up — essentially a new vessel with classic lines and modern comforts.

The boat was stripped to the hull and fully reconstructed. Major upgrades include:


Engine and Mechanical: Mercruiser 120 HP I/O, steam cleaned, with new stern drive, electronic ignition, and carburetor.


Fuel System: Two new 50-gallon fuel tanks.


Electrical and Plumbing: All new wiring, fixtures, plumbing, and tanks (fresh water 2-80gal, black water 40gal, and fuel 100gal).
