This is a very comfortable and versatile two stateroom, two head, galley down layout with a spacious open salon and a wonderful walk around pedestal berth in the master stateroom. Her interior is original with no non-factory wall coverings or paint. 

Entering the salon from the sliding varnished teak salon door one finds a custom built L shaped settee to port with generous storage beneath. Across to starboard is a custom dinette table with two chairs. Forward there is a breakfast serving bar and to port is the entertainment center. There is forward glass window in the salon and port and starboard opening windows for ventilation. 

Down three steps is the galley with full sized over-under refrigerator and under counter oven with concealed range top and double stainless sink. 

Across to port is the guest stateroom with over under berths and forward is the guest head and separate shower stall with access from the companionway as well as private en-suite access from the stateroom.

Forward is the master stateroom with a walk around berth with the headboard on the port side with the berth running athwart-ships. Forward is the head and large separate shower stall in the forepeak.

Out to the cockpit with a tackle center to port and a transom door and gate to the swim platform

Up the ladder to the flybridge with dual helm seats, and guest seating forward of the control station.

Mechanically overall "Esperanza" presents herself very well. The Starboard engine was replaced with a NEW Factory Crate Engine in 2004. The port engine had an inframe major overhaul in 2010. Intercoolers have been replaced with new. Both transmissions were rebuilt in 2006.

The engines have very low hours since a major overhaul to the port and a replacement of the starboard. All engine service is current and Intercoolers have been replaced.

In June of 2018 "Esperanza" had her bottom paint renewed and she was reported to have no blisters. 

This vessel is owned by a lifelong yachtsman who has made his living caring for high-quality yachts. He has owned the boat for 16 years and has overseen the care of the yacht most of her life. "Esperanza" was delivered new to her original owner by Hanson Marine in Saint Petersburg and with the exception of a brief spell in the Chesapeake has always lived here. She has had three caring owners, no damage history, and has never been materially modified. 

Her interior wood is without water damage, her decks are sound, window frames are good, and mechanically the boat is very strong. She cold starts with NO visible smoke. and her engine room and bilges are very clean with minimal corrosion. 

The boat runs strong and can still hit her original 30-knot speed with a clean bottom.

The owner runs the boat very conservatively and reports a cruise speed of 20 Knots at a very conservative 1800 RPM'S burning 42 GPH. Higher speeds are very easily realized if chosen.

Her newer generator is very very quiet. dependable and low hour. Her hoses clamps and fittings all look in top shape. The systems overall show a very good state of maintenance.

With all of the mechanical upgrades "Esperanza" has enjoyed she should provide many years of reliable service and enjoyment to her next owner.

She is a survivor, the rarely used boat who has been maintained and cared for with an eye towards maintaining her original pedigree without changing her charm.

I would encourage a close inspection of this boat for the knowledgeable buyer. I do not believe it will disappoint a discerning inspection.
