”Magnum Ride” is one of the nicest 2003 100ft Hatteras Motor yachts currently available. She went thru an extensive refit in 2021/2022 updating her entire interior to a coastal modern theme with all new soft goods, and designer furniture, she has an updated Garmin electronics suite, fully serviced NAIAD stabilizers, and Her powerful MTU 16V 2000’s have recently had the extensive 3000hr MTU recommended services. The Hatteras 100 Motor Yacht is regarded as one of the finest performing hulls ever designed. She has a large commercial galley with a center island and a modern free-standing dining table with chairs in lieu of the older traditional wrap-around vinyl dinette common in most of these models. The salon, day head, and formal dining areas have been completely remodeled with all-new carpet, marble counters, and designer-commissioned furniture & décor throughout in a modern coastal theme. The expansive, air-conditioned, aft deck is clad in beautiful teak decking beneath a huge gloss teak dining table arrangement. Aft seating is fixed benches with a middle table gap for easier access. Fabrics are a nautical navy stripe pattern in this area and were new in late 2021. The air-conditioned flybridge features a full-function helm station with wing controls to both port and starboard sides and new navigational electronics. It has comfortable seating all updated in 2021 and includes an island wet bar w/refrigeration & ice maker, bar stools, new marble tabletops, and a 4-sided helm area enclosure. Aft upper decks have a sun pad with storage underneath, a stainless grill, refrigerator, and a hydraulic davit. Moving below the upper deck is the well-appointed pilot house that features all new navigational electronics from Garmin, repeater screens, a new FLIR infrared camera and more. Guests can ride here in air-conditioned comfort with a commanding view of what’s ahead from the comfort of the raised u-shaped dinette seating area behind the helm. Magnum Ride had an extensive refit in 2021 and her salon is one of the freshest and modern of all her counterparts. A designer was brought in to give her a Modern Coastal theme. This included new light marble counter surfaces, beautiful new carpet, high end furniture. The layout features a formal dining area with a glass top table and 8 chairs boarded on each end by storage consoles for all your dinner ware. It is separated from the main salon by a tasteful storage partition that doubles as the television cabinet for viewing from the salon. The aft port corner of the salon houses a convenient wet bar with chairs right next to the electric doors leading to the aft deck. Just forward and around the corner of the wet bar is a fully remodeled day head with new marble counters and vessel sink. Aft of the salon partition is an expansive sofa and end tables to starboard and two swivel chairs and a cocktail table to port. There is a mirrored ceiling insert above the salon and the dinette and large windows on either side for natural light.
The pilot house on Magnum Ride is accessed via a spiral staircase on the starboard companionway between the galley and dining room. It features a raised L-shaped lounge for guests with a granite table for that perfect place to have a cup of coffee and look out over the bow. All the electronics have been updated and the area is clean and crisp. Beautiful wood flooring with a compass rose inset, complete this cozy area.
The Galley is a modified country kitchen type with large commercial appliances, beautiful granite countertops, maple hardwood flooring, and a functional free-standing varnished teak dining table and chairs for four. This great dining space was achieved by removing the traditional wrap-around sofa-style dinette you find in most boats of this size and style. The light flooring and rich surrounding wood are the perfect balance of style and beauty. One can sit here in the morning and have a quick breakfast watching TV or open the windows for a spectacular view outside.
The owner’s stateroom is modern and massive. Like the rest of the vessel, it was completely refit in late 2021 with all new soft goods and decorator touches. All bedding including a new mattress was added and the talented decorator hit the ball out of the park. This stateroom features his and hers heads that are joined by a large steam shower. It has a dressing vanity with closet and cabinets to port, large nightstands with drawer storage on either side of the king bed, and another large walk-in closet to starboard. All hardware in the main stateroom is attractive and modern chrome and the television is new as well. There are also his and her storage drawers to port and starboard.
The forward VIP stateroom is a private stateroom in the bow of the boat that is accessed by passing thru the galley. It is very roomy with a luxurious head and centerline queen berth. As with all the other areas of this vessel, it has been updated with designer bedding and coastal nautical décor.
The starboard guest stateroom is located aft of the lower foyer area and adjacent to the starboard stateroom. It is a roomy stateroom with an island queen and in suite head that includes a jacuzzi tub and shower setup.
Adjacent to the starboard stateroom, this stateroom features twin berths and in in suite head with a standing shower. It’s a great space for adults or children.
Magnum Rides flybridge is expansive with great space for entertaining. The fully air-conditioned upper bridge area features a full-function helm for the captain, updated electronics, wet bar, and new quartz counters and tables. All bridge cushions were updated in 2021.
Nearly all the electronic and navigational equipment was replaced or upgraded in 2021 with a combination of new Garmin 8600 series displays and new large screen monitors to repeat information. This allows the captain to see multiple screens with unique information in real-time. Reams of obsolete wiring was removed in the process for a clean slate approach. FLIR night vision capabilities were added at this time and underwater lighting was enhanced as well. Magnum Ride features one of the most comprehensive and modern suites of electronics in any vessel of her class.
Set up for entertaining this space is just awesome! It features beautiful teak decks, a polished stainless steel ladder to the bridge, and an electric opening door to the salon. Enjoy alfresco dining on your aft deck featuring split-varnished teak tables and both bench and chair seating. It's an all-season entertaining space that has been updated with all-new cushions and fun nautical colors.
The 100 Hatteras is one of few boats in her size and class to feature covered walk around side decks from her aft deck all the way to the bow. This makes boat handling very convenient for the crew where they can easily handle lines and fenders throughout the length of the vessel.
This area is located aft of the engine room and is accessed from the transom watertight door. There are three crew cabins with the twin cabin to port with upper and lower berths and the shared head and stall shower forward. The captain's cabin immediately to the Port as you enter the crew area and has a double bed for a couple. The Mate / Engineer’s cabin is to starboard with a large berth outboard and the head and stall shower aft. All bedding replaced in 2022.
The vessel has been manned and maintained by the same four-person crew since February 2022. They have expert knowledge of the entire vessel, and have extensive knowledge of the entire US East Coast, Bahamas (all areas), Florida Keys and Gulf Coast.
Captain is USCG 200 Ton Master. Mate / Engineer is USCG 100 Ton Master, Chef is French-Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and the Stew is Silver-Service trained. All licenses and certifications required for Jamaican-flagged vessels are up to date. The existing crew is available to transition to the new owner.
The guest foyer is at the base of the stairway to the master and guest staterooms. It is a surprisingly large area with laundry room and built-in wet bar. It provides ample space between the owner’s & guest staterooms and is finished in black onyx flooring.
