The bathroom is also equipped with a washer/dryer hookup that is behind an added storage cabinet, also concealed but accessible in the bathroom is a lake water pump and electric tankless water heater.
Continuing down the hallway and to your left you'll find a bedroom with a twin bunk bed; farther down and to your right will be a bedroom with two twin beds, a dresser/chest, and ceiling fan overhead.
Exiting out of the Floating Cabin onto the rear deck you'll find the 2-Ton HVAC Central Heat/Air Conditioning Heat Pump and a staircase from the exterior leads up to the 230sqft bonus room which houses 4 more twin beds and access to an additional 112sqft lockable storage area.
