Sweet Genevieve46' Bestway 1982

This Bestway Marque 46 is a great motor yacht for cruising or live aboard. The previous owners lived aboard and

outfitted it for comfort.

Some of the highlights of Sweet Genevieve include:

-Varnished custom woodwork with teak and other fine hardwoods not available on modern boats. If you like a

beautiful, warm interior with spectacular crafted cabinetry and finishings this boat is for you.

-Fully enclosed after-deck with comfortable couches & chairs and a spectacular 270-degree view of the water. The

boat is located at Oakland Yacht Club, on the end dock, so that the rear deck overlooks the Alameda estuary.

Oakland Yacht Club is accepting new members. The rear deck is spacious with seating for ten people and features

a long, brightly colored couch traversing the entire stern. Additional tables and chairs make this a great entertaining

area.

-Large main salon perfect for friends or to just relax and watch the wall mounted large screen TV. There is a wraparound

couch, for 6-8 people, with a hardwood table for hors'douerves and drinks. The main salon is surrounded

by picture windows on all sides and has lots of natural light. This is a large, airy open space perfect for relaxing.

-The owners' aft cabin features a large queen-sized walk-around bed. The bed is surrounded by 14 wood drawers,

6 laticed wood cabinets, and two hanging lockers for longer clothes. The storage space available for live-aboards is

impressive. Windows on three sides of the aft-cabin provid natural light. The aft head is large, with 6'4" of

headroom, and features a combination bathtub for reclining as well as an overhead shower.

-Large, well equipped galley on port with a standup refrigerator, microwave and three burner propane stovetop.

There is also a new Breville electric countertop oven, featuring the option to switch between convection and regular

cooking. Opposite the galley is a U shaped dinette which seats 6 with an overhead stained glass lamp. The table

makes for excellent dining and is also a very comfortable workspace when using a laptop.

-The private forward cabin has two extremely large separate beds, one on port and one on starboard. They are on

different levels so that each person is completely separated with an individual sleep space. The forward cabin has a

private head.
