Upon boarding and starting aft the aft deck/Salon is fully glassed in with air-conditioning, refrigerator and sink. Sliding glass doors open onto an open deck area aft. Forward to starboard and three steps up is a very spacious flybridge with seating for eight to ten people. To port and down three steps you enter a sizable salon. A sofa and chair are along the starboard side. On port is another chair. There is a built-in entertainment center with TV, DVD Tuner and surround sound. Down three more steps are the galley on port and a four person dinette on starboard. There is a new refrigerator/freezer and house size range with a microwave above. Forward is the guest cabin with upper and lower bunks on starboard. A head with toilet and wash basin is on port, and a full standup separate stall shower is on starboard. There is a door that separates the forward cabin from the galley/dinette area.
Aft of the salon down three steps are the second guest cabin on starboard with a berth. A guest head with toilet, sink and tub/shower is across companionway on port.
The master cabin is aft with queen size berth; double cedar lined hanging lockers and Ensuite head. The master stateroom head has a toilet and sink. It also shares a tub and shower with access from master head and second guest stateroom head. The tub/shower enclosure has sliding mirrored doors on each side.
Walking down three steps on the port side from the aft Salon brings you into the main salon. On the port side lays a comfortable chair and a full entertainment system, which includes a TV and DVD, along with a high wattage stereo system with surround sound and speakers throughout the vessel. On the starboard side is a large reclining couch with comfortable seating and a matching chair.
The galley is U shaped and well laid out. It features a home-style electric stovetop and oven with a large microwave mounted overhead. The refrigerator is a large home-style. All counter tops are finished with a pleasant colored Corian material. This area is fully equipped with all that is needed for gourmet or quick and easy food preparation while cruising. A comfortable dinette that converts is to starboard across from the galley.
The master stateroom is aft and spacious. There is a queen-sized bed, wall to wall carpet, four-door closet and plenty of additional drawer storage. Several large windows aft provide good lighting and attractive bed and window treatments complete the decor. The entire area is finished off in beautiful teak. You will certainly be able to relax in air-conditioned comfort. There is an adjacent large head with separate full-size tub and shower.
The private aft guest cabin is to starboard off the companionway. There is a comfortable berth and a desk along with ample storage and the washer/dryer (inop). The private head is across the companionway to port.
Forward of the galley and dinette is the forward stateroom, which has two large over/under bunks with a separate closet, and a great deal of storage and shelves. There is also a separate head and vanity to port with a separate shower stall to starboard.
The 47’ Atlantic offers wonderful deck space that makes moving fore and aft easy. She is fitted with high handrails and high-quality hardware.
AFT DECK SALON
The aft salon has a hardtop and solid enclosure. This area is tastefully furnished with rattan furniture for extreme comfort. In the forward part of this area is a counter with sink, storage behind and an oversized under-the-counter refrigerator/ freezer combo with ice maker. The aft salon has a dedicated air conditioning unit with controls. There is entry from both sides via a pair of wing doors. There is also a sliding patio door at the aft of the salon that allows access to the stern deck for easy line handling and tender management. Access to the fly-bridge is forward to starboard.
The Flybridge is very spacious and the center of command with a well-equipped Helm and a factory molded fiberglass hardtop with enclosure 2018. There is seating for eight to ten on the bridge plus a large comfortable helmsman's chair. There are panels for all your instrumentation within easy sight of the helmsman. You will be pleased by the excellent visibility.
“Terra Incognita” is powered with the preferable 450 HP Detroit diesel engines. The engines were rebuilt in 2018 and have less than 200 hours. The mechanical systems have all been serviced and many items replaced in 2018. Receipts available.
