This is a rare opportunity to acquire a unique custom-built Down East lobster boat design classic fast trawler that can cruise at 16 kn. She is a very seaworthy yacht and, with twin propellers and bow and stern thrusters is a joy to handle. Built in 1995 in Brookline, Maine, it is exquisitely well crafted and in meticulous condition. 3 Rule 12 volt manual/automatic submersible bilge pumps with Ultra Safety Systems Senior UPS-01 automatic float switches by the pumps and momentary manual switching controlled by switches with "on" indicator pilot lights. Each pump receives power from a dedicated 12 volt 25 amp self-resetting circuit breaker. High bilge water alarms are incorporated into the Tocaro Blue monitoring system.
Pneumatic "Tank Tender" level gauging instrument.
There is a bank of dual fuel/water separators on the fuel supply to each engine. Each element of the fuel/water separator assembly has an inlet and outlet valve to each canister to enable filter changes.
Generator draws fuel from only the starboard fuel tank through a Racor 500 MA 30 fuel/water separator.

A galvanic corrosion protection bonding system with sacrificial Zinc anodes and Pro Safe FS 60 galvanic isolator on shorepower ground.
PROPULSION:
Twin 24 volt electric starting 565 Hp at 2300 rpm V 6 cylinder Detroit Diesel model 80627800 (6V92 TA) fresh water cooled, turbo charged, and after cooled coupled to Twin Disc DD 5081 marine gears with 1.97:1 reduction. Gears are direct coupled to 2.5” stainless steel shafts with raw water cooled and lubricated Tides Marine shaft seals.
Oberdorffer 12 volt reversible oil change pump plumbed to each engine and gearbox.
STEERING:
Power assisted hydraulic steering system with two helm pumps, a Vickers 5P-1C20 hydraulic pump belt driven by the stbd. engine only, a hydraulic oil reservoir with return filter and isolator valve, rubber hose lines to/from the components, a 12 volt spool valve for autopilot operation only, and two steering rams coupled to tiller arms connected by a tie bar. The tiller arms turn the rudder posts that have flax type hull bottom penetration packing glands and drive the welded stainless steel plate counter balanced spade rudders.

The engine controls (New 2022) are 24 volt DC powered integrated electronic Detroit Diesel DDC Level II single lever electronic controls with built in synchronizer function. Connections are wire conductors to DDC computer interfaces to the engines and via electronic/mechanical actuators to Morse type cables to operate the gear box selectors. Controls enable operation from both of the two (lower and flybridge) main stations or at the emergency override panel in the lower station dash.
Dockmate Twist remote vessel control system to enable wireless "walk around" operation of the engine throttles, gear shifts, bow thruster, stern thruster, and windlass.
Zip Wake 24 volt Interceptor blade type trim tabs.

The toilets are supplied freshwater pressure from the yacht's freshwater pressure system.
Discharge via individual Y valves either into the 50 gallon sewage holding tank or directly overboard in legal waters.
Toilets can discharge directly overboard or into the 50 gallon fiberglass sewage holding tank which can be discharged overboard by the yacht's own 12 volt DC macerator pump or by suction to a shore pump out facility from the deck. The holding tank level is measured by the Tank Tender instrument.

AIRCO:
Thermostatically controlled axial 12 volt exhaust fan for general engine room ventilation and a ducted 12 volt blower to produce forced ventilation for the main House battery box.
Four 120 volt reverse cycle raw water cooled self-contained air conditioning systems. One 12,000 BTU unit serves the V-berth and guest stateroom, one 12,000 BTU unit serves the galley (new), one 16,000 BTU unit serves the salon (cooling only), and one12,000 BTU unit serves the master stateroom. Two 120 volt aw water pumps each with a pump relay. Each unit has its own thermostat control, built in air handler, condensate drain pan, and lint screen. There are quick disconnect connections in the raw water suction lines of the pumps downstream of the supply seacocks to enable the uptake of acid for flushing the raw water circuits and pump discharge isolator valves to enable shut off of the feed to the individual units since each pump feeds two units.
SALTWATER:
115 volt AC deck wash pump with a anti surge accumulator tank to supply saltwater pressure for the saltwater wash down faucet on the forward deck.
TENDER LIFT:
Presto XL 500 12 volt hydraulic tender lift on the swim platform operated by a wired remote control.
MISC.:
Entering thru the stbd. side door from the main deck one finds the spacious salon. The main helm station is immediately to you right. The living area is in front of you with the large dining table and curved settee in the port aft corner. The companionway down to the master stateroom is aft and the companionway down to the galley and guest accommodations is forward. The stair up to the flybridge deck is in the stbd. aft corner of the salon. You travel down and forward into the large open and airy galley. The galley work area is outboard to port and the galley dinette is port forward. Across to stbd. is the guest stateroom with upper and lower bunks outboard. From forward in the galley you enter to stbd. into the guest head with its separate stall shower aft. Proceeding forward from the galley you enter the V-Berth stateroom. Turning around to aft you face the stair back up over the engine room to the salon. Crossing the salon to aft you go down into the master stateroom with its queen sized bed dominating to port aft. Across to stbd. is the master head forward and the dressing room aft with its separate shower stall forward off of the dressing area. Continuing aft from the master stateroom you exit through the door into the aft cockpit with its transom door onto the teak swim platform. Back in the salon you may proceed up the stair to stbd. aft through the door onto the aft trunk cabin top. From the aft trunk cabin top you may climb the stair to the large hardtop shaded flying bridge with its commanding all around view. The entire interior is in like new condition with subtly elegant soft goods accenting the Hereshoff style classic white and varnished natural hardwood trim finishes and Teak and Holly soles.
