Virgilio Alon Jr.

Virgilio grew up spending much of his summer months on Lake Ontario, in Upstate New York, enjoying fishing, boating, and camping. He is an avid traveler, having been to southeast Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Eastern Europe - former USSR, Western Europe - Italy, France, Germany. He is also a dog lover and is involved with several local charities including Veterans Moving Forward, providing service dogs to military veterans living with trauma. Virgilio is also involved with the Middleburg Humane Society which operates a 23-acre shelter dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, +and adopting at-risk animals large and small by promoting animal welfare through community outreach. Lastly, he is an amateur artist using the medium of pencil, charcoal, and pastel.

With over 20 years’ experience in digital and traditional marketing, Virgilio has worked for several high-profile companies including Bank of America and Deutsch. As a member of both the National and Virginia Realtor Associations, he has formal training and education from Georgetown University in real estate development and finance and is knowledgeable and experienced in understanding local residential markets. He is highly knowledgeable in conducting the new home construction buying process including land development, design and build, along with project management. He has excellent communication skills and is proficient at understanding buyer's needs. Also, as a Babson College MBA graduate, he is thorough in conducting local market research and analysis.

Virgilio is excited to be part of the United Yacht Sales team, sharing his knowledge with Buyers and Sellers, helping to make boat buying process an informative & positive experience.
