To commemorate its 50th Anniversary, this custom 1967 Lyman Cruisette was masterfully restored by a team of shipwrights with more than 70 years of experience. Over 2,000 man hours were spent preserving this vessel’s high-quality craftsmanship by pairing its classic charm with all of the pleasures and comforts of today’s most distinguished yachts. Originally built to withstand the test of time, this restoration has brought new life into this classic utility for the next 50 years.
Founded by cabinet maker Bernard Lyman in 1875, Lyman is one of the truly great names in American boatbuilding. Their high-quality “Clinker Built” skiffs with white oak lapstrake construction quickly established Lyman Boats as the preeminent builder of classic marine vessels. During its production, Lyman’s quality construction was the gold standard for the boating marketplace and, unlike other classic brands, is still very much sought after and enjoyed throughout the United States.
