Tracy comes from a family of avid boaters. Growing up her weekends were spent on the water discovering the North and South Shores of Long Island in everything from powerboats to kayaks. Her favorite memories are of motoring around Montauk Point on her father's Grady-White.

Tracy's professional background includes a career in the pharmaceutical industry. She has over 10 years of successful sales experience in Manhattan and Long Island. After relocation to the Gulf Coast of Florida she decided meld her knowledge of sales and her enthusiasm of water sports into a career.
