John Pribik owned and operated a successful mechanical contracting business. During that time he expanded his life long love with boating, owning and captaining his own powerboats using them for a weekend and vacation get-a-ways from Maine to Key West.

When he moved to Florida in 1992 he decided to turn his love of boating to good use.
